I had a very good stay at the hotel. The rooms were very good with nice pillows and WiFi, but I struggled with cell phone service inside and outside the hotel. The staff was very accommodating, despite being dressed in overly casual attire at times.

Despite the room smelling strongly of smoke, like it was embedded in the carpet, we didn't bother to complain as we didn't spend much time there. The absence of a trash can was a bit inconvenient since it was originally supposed to be provided.

Although the hotel was not the cleanest and had a lingering smell, it was the only available option within a 5-mile radius. The lack of a pull-out sofa bed was disappointing, but the service and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
